Benefit Description
Rider provides for an additional amount based on earnings at the time of proceeds become payable. Benefit value is equal to the contract value as of the date of death less remaining purchase payments (initial purchase payment plus additional purchase payments (if any) less any withdrawals). If the rider is issued within 60 days after the Contract Date, then the Rider effective date coincides with that Contract Date.
