Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner or annuitant, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value, or 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals. Withdrawals up to Death Benefit withdrawal limit (5% of total purchase payments) will reduce benefit base by dollar amount, any excess withdrawal will reduce benefit base in same proportion. Owner must participate in Asset Allocation Program.
