Benefit Description
Death benefit payable upon the death of owner, during the accumulation period if death occurs on or after the age of 70 is greater of a) Account Value or b) 100% of Purchase Payments (to Fixed and/or Variable Account Options less Amount of all Prior Withdrawals, Charges and any portion of Account Value applied under a Payout Option. In case of non qualified contract no DB will be payable upon the death the owner .
