Benefit Description
Upon death of owner, benefit base will be equal to highest contract value less purchase payments made to the contract (cost base if death occurs after 5th contract year) multiplied by 28%. Cost base is determined by the owner at the time of contract issue and will automatically adjust for subsequent purchase payments and withdrawals. Rider is available only for NQ contracts.
