Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greater of the 1) contract value; or 2) minimum guaranteed surrender value. Issuer will pay an additional interest Daily, if the death benefit is not paid within 31 days of the receipt of proof of death of the owner. Interest will be credited at the daily equivalent rate of 10%.
