Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. If owner or annuitant dies prior to age 80 and prior to 7th contract anniversary, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value, or 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals. If owner or annuitant dies prior to age 80 and any time after 7th contract anniversary, benefit will be equal to greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) contract value prior to 7 contract anniversaries plus purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 3) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawal. If owner or annuitant dies after age 80, benefit is equal to contract value.
