Benefit Description
If the annuitant is not an owner and the annuitant dies before the Annuity Date, a new annuitant must be designated. If no designation is made within 30 days after notification of the annuitant's death, the older owner named on the application will become the annuitant. If the Contract is owned by a non-natural person, the death of an annuitant will be treated as the death of an owner. If any owner dies before the Annuity Date, a death benefit equal to the the Contract Value.
