Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of annuitant and if total purchase payments made to contract is equal to or less than $3,000,000, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, 3) highest anniversary value, prior to annuitant's 81st birthday, increased by purchase payments made and reduced for withdrawals, or 4) 5% interest anniversary value. 5% interest anniversary value is equal to purchase payments, accumulated at 5% annual compound interest, prior to annuitant's 81st birthday, adjusted for withdrawal.
