Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner or annuitant (in connection with a 457 plan), benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) adjusted purchase payments, or 3) highest contract value on any sixth contract anniversary prior to annuitant's or owner's age 80, increased by purchase payments made and reduced by withdrawals. For NQ contract owned by a non-natural person benefit base will be equal to contract value at annuitant's death.
