Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner prior to target date, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 3) highest contract value on any anniversary prior to owner's death, thereafter, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 3) highest contract value on target date adjusted for withdrawal and payments made since target date. Target date is contract anniversary immediately following owner's or annuitant's 80th birthday. Please see prospectus for details.
