Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner Return of Purchase Payments Death Benefit will apply, which is greater of - 1) contract value, or 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals. Upon change in ownership or spousal continuation if new owner is age 85 or older, Contract Value Death Benefit will apply, which is equal to contract value.
