Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner or annuitant, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value, or 2) total purchase payments increased by attributable gain and reduced for withdrawal. Issuer calculates attributable gain for each purchase payment after expiry of respective CDSC and is equal to earnings on a contract year's net purchase payment before its seventh anniversary.
