Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase, upon death of annuitant benefit will be greater of - 1) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, 2) highest anniversary value, or 3) contract value less premium taxes. Highest anniversary value is equal to highest contract value calculated on any contract anniversary, prior to annuitant's 85th birthday, increased by purchase payments and reduced for withdrawals made since that date.
