5 For Life With Growth Benefit - Death Benefit

Benefit is only available in conjunction with 5 For Life With Growth Benefit. Upon death of annuitant, Issuer will add an additional amount to death benefit payable under base contract. Additional amount will be equal to excess, if any, of minimum remaining withdrawal amount over basic death benefit. No additional death benefit is payable if a death benefit payable under contract exceeds 5 For Life With Growth Benefit.
