Account Protection Package - Guaranteed Minimum Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greater of - 1) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 2) roll-up value. Roll-up value is equal to initial purchase payment accumulates at 5% annually, prior to owner's age 80. Roll-up value can never be more than 200% of total purchase payments. Death benefit is part of Account Protection Package and only complete package may be cancelled by owner.
