Enhanced Guaranteed Minimum Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of annuitant, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 3) roll-up value. Roll-up value is equal to initial purchase payment accumulates at 5% annually, prior to owner's age 80. Roll-up value can never be more than 200% of total purchase payment. Owner must elect to rebalance contract value quarterly.
