5% Annual Guarantee Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of annuitant or owner, on rider issue date, benefit will be equal to initial purchase payment, thereafter, benefit is lesser of - 1) purchase payments made adjusted for withdrawals, compounded at a 5% annual rate, or 2) 200% of adjusted purchase payments.
