Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of annuitant, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, 3) highest contract value on any contract anniversary prior to annuitant's 81st birthday adjusted for withdrawals and subsequent payments, or 4) 5% interest anniversary value. 5% interest anniversary value is equal to purchase payments, accumulated at 5% annual compound interest prior to annuitant's 81st birthday, adjusted for withdrawals.
