Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) net purchase payments, or 3) highest contract value on any contract anniversary, prior to earlier of - 1) 81st birthday or 2) death. If owner dies between age 81 and 89, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value, or 2) net purchase payments, thereafter, benefit will be equal to contract value.
