Upon death of annuitant, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value; 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawal; or 3) highest contract value calculated on any contract anniversary, prior to annuitant's 81st birthday, increased by purchase payments and reduced for loans amount balanced till date.
