Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, Issuer will add 45% of earnings (30% if owner ages between 70 to 75) to any death benefit payable under contract. Earnings are equal to contract value at death, minus contract value at rider and purchase payments made after death, plus withdrawals. If total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals exceed contract value no earnings benefit will be paid. Rider may not be available with contract issued as QP.
