Return of Purchase Payments Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value, or 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals. Benefit base will never be more than contract value plus $1,000,000. If any Owner dies before the Annuity Commencement Date and while this Contract is in force, we will pay a death benefit, less any applicable premium tax, to the Beneficiary. The death benefit terminates on the Annuity Commencement Date.
