Benefit Description
Benefit is only available in conjunction with Highest Daily Lifetime Seven Income Benefit, Spousal Highest Daily Lifetime Seven Income Benefit, Highest Daily Lifetime 7 Plus, or Spousal Highest Daily Lifetime 7 Plus. Upon death of owner or annuitant, benefit will be equal to - 1) basic death benefit, 2) benefit base under selected withdrawal benefit, or 3) annual benefit payments. Annual Benefit Payment and GMWB Benefit Base will be calculated in same manner as these are calculated under selected withdrawal benefits. If no withdrawals have been taken prior to death, Issuer will use GMWB benefit base for purpose of death benefit calculation and annual benefit payment.

Benefit will automatically terminate upon termination of Highest Daily Lifetime Seven Income Benefit, Spousal Highest Daily Lifetime Seven Income Benefit, Highest Daily Lifetime 7 Plus, or Spousal Highest Daily Lifetime 7 Plus.
