Benefit Description
Available only in conjunction with Minimum Guaranteed Withdrawal Benefit. If owner dies while Minimum Guaranteed Withdrawal Benefit is in Automatic Periodic Benefit Status, Minimum Guaranteed Withdrawal Benefit Periodic Payments will end, and to extent an MGWB Remaining Guaranteed Balance remains under rider, death benefit will be payable as MGWB Death Benefit.
