Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner or annuitant, benefit will be equal to accumulation value. Accumulation value is equal to the 100% of the premium and any applicable premium bonus, plus fixed and index account interest earned less any withdrawals. Death Benefit also includes any interest credits for a partial contract year or biennial index term based on the date of death.
