Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value; 2) highest contract value on any contract anniversary prior to earlier of - a) owner's 85th birthday, or b) date of death, adjusted for withdrawals and subsequent payments; or 3) net purchase payments received prior to owner's 80th birthday accumulated at 5% through earliest of - a) 15th contract anniversary, b) owner's 80th birthday, or c) death.
