Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) highest contract value on any contract anniversary prior to earlier of owner's 85th birthday or death adjusted for withdrawals and subsequent payments, or 3) net purchase payments made prior to owner's 80th birthday, accumulated at 5% up to earlier of - i) 15th contract anniversary, ii) owner's 80th birthday, or iii) death, adjusted for withdrawals and subsequent payments.
