Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of -1) contract value, 2) net purchase payments, 3) greatest contract value on any contract anniversary prior to owner's 81st birthday, or 4) daily roll-up of variable account value compounded at annual rate of 4% (2% for EQ/Money Market Portfolio and fixed account) per annum up to age 80. State variations may apply. Owner must participate in Asset Allocation Program and select one of asset allocation models.
