Basic Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will greater of - 1) contract value or 2) guaranteed minimum value. Guaranteed minimum value is equal to 87.5% of total purchase payments, with no bonus, less any withdrawal accumulated daily at an interest rate that result in an annual effective rate no less than 1.65%.
