Highest Daily Lifetime 6 Plus With Lifetime Income Accelerator - Death Benefit

Benefit is only available in conjunction with Highest Daily Lifetime 6 Plus With Lifetime Income Accelerator. Upon death of annuitant, benefit will be greatest of - 1) basic death benefit, 2) optional death benefit, if elected, or 3) 300% of annual benefit payment. Annual Benefit Payment will be calculated in same manner as it is calculated under withdrawal benefits, Lifetime Income Accelerator amount is not considered for the purpose of death benefit. Death Benefit is not payable if contract Value is reduced to zero as a result of withdrawals or annuity payments are begin.
