Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal Benefit - Death Benefit

Benefit is only available in conjunction with Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal Benefit. Upon death of annuitant, benefit will be equal to initial purchase payment, increased by purchase payments made and reduced for withdrawals. Withdrawals up to annual benefit payments will reduce death benefit by dollar amount, withdrawals in any contract year in excess of annual benefit payments will reduce death benefit in same proportion, if total withdrawals exceed total purchase payments, no have death benefit will be provided under this rider.
