Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner or annuitant, benefit will be greatest of -1) contract value, 2) purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 3) greatest contract value on any contract anniversary prior to owner's 81st birthday, increased by purchase payments made and reduced for withdrawals made since date. Owner must participate in Asset Allocation Program. Charges are based on greater of death benefit base, or purchase payments adjusted for withdrawal and is taken on each contract anniversary.
