Benefit Description
Benefit is only available in conjunction with Income Select for Life. Upon death of annuitant, benefit base depends on when benefit is added to contract. If benefit is added at contract issue, benefit base equals contract value; thereafter, on any anniversary after contract issue, benefit base equals initial purchase payment adjusted for withdrawals and subsequent purchase payments.
