Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greater of - 1) total purchase payments allocated to Protection with Investment Performance variable investment options, plus amounts transferred to Protection with Investment Performance variable investment options, or 2) highest Protection with Investment Performance variable investment account value on any contract anniversary prior to owner's 86th birthday adjusted for any transfer and purchase payments made to Protection with Investment Performance variable investment options. May be cancelled on - 1) contract anniversary following the date Protection with Investment Performance account is funded, or 2) expiration of all withdrawal charges.
