Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner or annuitant, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value; or 2) total adjusted purchase payments, adjusted for withdrawals. Change in ownership will reset the total adjusted purchase payments, to the lesser of the 1) Contract Value on the changed date; or 2) total adjusted purchase payments as on the change date.
