Benefit Description
Upon death of owner, Issuer will add 40% of earnings (25% if owner ages between 70 to 75) to any death benefit payable under contract. Earnings may not to exceed maximum of 100% of purchase
payments, excluding subsequent purchase payments less than 12 months old and adjusted for withdrawals. Election of the benefit will result in credited interest rate of 0.20% less than the annual credited interest rate that would apply to the contract value if EarningsMax had not been elected.
