Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner or annuitant, benefit will be greatest of -1) contract value, 2) purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals and transfer to the Personal Pension Account, or 3) Maximum Daily Value. Maximum Daily Value is the highest attained contract value prior to - 1) death or 2) oldest owner or annuitant's 81st birthday, adjusted for subsequent purchase payments, transfers to or from Personal Pension Account and withdrawals. Transfers within the Transfer Limit will reduce the benefit on a dollar-for-dollar basis; excess transfers will reduce the benefit on a proportionate basis. Owner or annuitant must participate in Asset Allocation Program.

Effect change ownership
