Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of -1) contract value, 2) purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 3) maximum anniversary value prior to the decedent's 81st birthday, increased by purchase payments made and reduced for withdrawals. Fee for the rider is based on greater of - a) purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals; or b) Maximum Anniversary Value on each contract anniversary. Issuer do not currently enforce the right to approve subsequent premium payments, except where a subsequent premium payment would result in total premium payments equaling or exceeding $1 million. Owner must select an Asset Allocation Program.
