Basic Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase, the benefit will be the greater of: (1) the contract value, which includes any interest credited based on index performance or (2) the Minimum Withdrawal Value. The Beneficiary Protection Option is available by paying the death benefit directly to the chosen beneficiaries, avoiding probate. They will receive the greater of the contract value with interest or a guaranteed minimum amount, ensuring a quicker and more secure payout.
