Available during accumulation phase. If owner is age 79 or younger at contract issue, upon death, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value; or 2) return of purchase payments value. Return of Purchase Payments Value is equal to initial purchase payments, increased by subsequent purchase payments and reduced for withdrawals.
