Upon death of annuitant, Issuer will add 40% of lesser of - 1) two times of purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 2) contract value at death minus net purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, to any death benefit payable under contract. Benefit base can never be more than $1,000,000.
