Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value; 2) purchase payment; or 3) highest anniversary contract value calculated on each contract anniversary prior to owner's 81st birthday, adjusted for withdrawals and subsequent payments. Issuer may limit subsequent purchase payments after the first contract year following the rider effective date to a cumulative total of $25,000, without prior consent. Any amount withdraw prior to benefit date or after the benefit date which is in excess of the greater of the GAI or RMD amount will reduced the benefit base in same proportion. After benefit date, any amount withdrawn is less than or equal to the GAI, or RMD will cause the benefit base to be reduced by the dollar amount of the withdrawal. If owner elect rider with MyPath Core Flex, each designated life must be at least age 45 (35 with MyPath Value) and at most age 70 at the time the riders are issued.
