During accumulation phase, upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) net purchase payments, 3) your greatest Contract Value on any Contract Anniversary prior to your 81st birthday, minus any withdrawals (including any applicable withdrawal charges and adjustments), plus any Premiums paid (net of any applicable Premium taxes) subsequent to that Contract Anniversary.
