Additional Earnings Rider

Available during accumulation phase only. Upon death of owner age 75 or younger, benefit will be equal to additional earnings factor, multiplied by the lesser of: 1) the rider earnings on the date of the death benefit proceeds or 2) the rider earnings limit multiplied by the rider base on the death report day. Rider earnings equal a) the death benefit proceeds payable under the policy; minus b) the rider base.
