Benefit Description
Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of annuitant, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) highest contract value on any contract anniversary prior to earlier of owner's 85th birthday or date of death, adjusted for withdrawals and subsequent payments, or 3) net purchase payments received prior to owner's 80th birthday accumulated at 5% through earliest of - a) 15th contract anniversary, b) owner's 80th birthday, or c) death.
