Return of Purchase Payments Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greater of - 1) contract value; or 2) aggregate purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals. Benefit base will never be more than contract value plus $1,000,000. If the value of the Return of Purchase Payments Death Benefit is greater than the Contract Value at the time of the withdrawal, the downward adjustment to the death benefit will be larger than the amount withdrawn.
