Account Value Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase as Account Value Death Benefit. Upon the death of owner or annuitant, the benefit will be equal to contract value. Upon Death of owner, if death benefit elected in combination with i4LIFE Indexed Advantage, Death Benefit will be equal to the Account Value as of the Valuation Date.Account Value Death Benefit as an individual is a default death benefit, attached to the contract, if Guarantee of Principal Death Benefit, or i4LIFE Indexed Advantage rider is not purchased under the contract.
