Benefit description
Rider is available at accumulation phase for NQ contracts only. Upon death of the owner the death benefit will be equal to the contract value. NQ contract owners have an option to elect this rider at reduced M&E charges not varying on ages. For contributions less than $1 million charges are 1.0% and for contributions greater than $1 million charges are 0.90%.
