Maximum Anniversary Value Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of - 1) contract value, 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 3) highest contract value calculated on each contract anniversary, prior to owner's 83rd birthday, increased by purchase payments and reduced for withdrawals. At the time of the Owner death, the Maximum Anniversary Value Death Benefit will be no greater than the Contract Value Death Benefit, in which case no fee is assessed.
