Maximum Quarterly Value Death Benefit

Available during accumulation phase. Upon death of owner, benefit will be greatest of - 1) quarterly contract value, 2) total purchase payments adjusted for withdrawals, or 3) highest quarterly contract value calculated on each contract quarterly anniversary, prior to owner's 83rd birthday, increased by purchase payments and reduced for withdrawals made after reset date. At the time of the Owner death, the Maximum Quarterly Value Death Benefit will be no greater than the Contract Value Death Benefit, in which case no fee is assessed.
